Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Click “view your account” on the upper right of the page and login to view your personal account information. Your account profile will show any saved shopping carts as well as your order history. Click the confirmation number of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: We offer flat-rate USPS Priority Mail shipping for $5.00, and all orders over $50.00* ship Priority for free. Yay! We also offer USPS Express Mail, which has overnight service to most areas, for $20.00. You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order. All international orders will be charged for shipping separately after an order is placed and actual postage costs are determined.
*Qualifying orders do not include international orders or gift certificate purchases.

Q: Do you have a physical storefront?
A: Yes! We are upstairs in the new Yasui Building, at 16 Oak Street in beautiful downtown Hood River, OR. Our hours are Tues - Fri, 10:30 - 6, Sat 10-5 and Sun 12-4. We have a beautiful view and wonderful seating area, so come on up and knit a while!
